Terms and Conditions: Photoshoot Rentals



We ship all our items through USPS. All items are mailed with sufficient time to arrive to our renters in time for their shoot - if we think an arrival date is cutting it close, we'll email you! If a dress is delayed after being accepted at the post office and does not arrive to you by the requested date, store credit will be given.

And after your shoot? We've got you! There'll be a return shipping sticker in your box! All you have to do is slap the shipping label on top of the original and drop it off at the Post Office. Products must be dropped off by noon the day after your rental period ends. After you drop the products off, shoot us an email to let us know it is on the way!



We charge $15 a day up to 14 days if products are not returned in a timely manner. If a product is not returned within 14 days, the full product value + a $50 restocking fee will be charged to your credit card.



An order can be cancelled and refunded in full within 48 hours of an order being placed. If an order is cancelled after this 48 hour window, orders may be cancelled and a store credit of equal value will be given for future rentals. Due to shipping, orders may not be cancelled within one week of the rental start date.



Unless otherwise noted in the listing, please don't use safety pins on the dresses, shoot the dresses in water or any other extreme conditions (mudslides, active volcanoes, zombie apocalypses). We want to keep the dresses in the best possible condition for future rentals and we need your help in doing that!



Since our dresses come in various fabrics and cleaning needs can vary between gowns, please send the gowns back as is after your shoot. We’ll take care of them from there!

Additionally, please be aware that, while we perform spot + maintenance cleaning on all of our items, occasionally a rental item does not lend itself to frequent full washings. This includes, but is not limited to, items with metallic pieces or fringe, items with an elaborate amount of sequins, items that have labels stating “do not wash", and fragile vintage pieces. Have a question about an item? We understand that dirt and small blemishes will happen during the course of rentals. However, if substantial damage is done to a dress or rental product, the full product value + a $50 restocking fee will be charged to your card. If the dress is damaged but repairable, a cleaning or repair fee will be charged based on the amount of damage. We hope that you will treat the dresses - and products! - like you borrowed them from a friend or sister!

Please Note: While occasionally a renter will be the first to rent a dress, all of our items are rental items. This means that many of our gowns / rental items will have some wear and tear due to past photoshoots. We do our best to upkeep our gowns but please do not expect every rental item to be in brand new, pristine condition: at a minimum, they've been photographed for the website! 



All renters are responsible for the actions taken with their rental items. This extends to all dresses, props, and accessories. If you are renting an item available only for local pickup - chairs, disco balls, roller-skates, backdrops, etc. - please note that these items are intended for photoshoots and, while they may be used for events, it is the renter's responsibility to secure and take care of each item. If an item is significantly damaged, the full product value of the item + a $50 restocking fee will be charged to your card.
